End of Thematic Season One of 2025 in League of Legends

We are getting close to the end of first thematic split in 2025 Ranked Season! Let's take a quick look at what rewards you can expect if you take a part in the grind!

Based on the latest official details for the 2025 ranked season, Riot has simplified the win-rewards system. Starting in Season One of 2025, players only need to win 15 ranked games to unlock a Victorious skin for that season. This means that if you notch 15 wins or more, you’ll comfortably meet (or exceed) that win threshold, and you’ll receive the Victorious skin reward. The particular chroma or visual flair of the Victorious skin you end up with will reflect your final rank when the season wraps up, adding an extra incentive to climb higher during the season’s progression.

As for the timing, 2025 introduces a new seasonal structure where the year is divided into three thematic mini-seasons. Each of these spans roughly 16 weeks. With Season One having kicked off on January 9, 2025, you can expect it to wrap up about 112 days later, which lands it around April 30, 2025. (Keep in mind that Riot’s scheduling is subject to the occasional update, so it’s a good idea to watch for any official announcements as the season advances.)
