Refund Policy

The Customer has a right to terminate the Agreement any time, in particular, if the Service Provider has not yet commenced executing the Agreement (i.e. no game has been played yet).

Each Party may withdraw from the concluded Agreement within 24 hours from its conclusion by submitting a statement in electronic form, provided that the Service Provider has not yet commenced the execution of the Service. In such a case, the Agreement shall be deemed not to have been concluded.

Digital services begin immediately after order activation, and the Customer agrees to waive the right of withdrawal once the Service has started.

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• No Progress: If your order has not been activated or no games have been played yet, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Progress Made: If our player has already started working on your order, a partial refund may be granted. The refund will be calculated based on the uncompleted portion of the Service. An operational service fee may be deducted to cover reasonable costs already incurred for initiating, managing, and allocating resources to the Service.
• Season End: If the game season ends before your order is completed, we will refund the value of the uncompleted portion of the order without any service fee deduction.

We reserve the right to change the order's desired rank or amount of wins/games if the buyer selected the wrong league point gains. If this occurs, we will inform the buyer of the change and adjust the price accordingly.

If an order remains inactive for 30 days, we reserve the right to close the order. However, if the season is not yet over, we may reopen the order upon request from the buyer.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
