What the job actually is
A lot of the work is duo — you're in the lobby with the client, carrying games alongside them, not just handing back a number at the end. What they're really paying for is your game sense and consistency: to climb, to see high-level play up close, and usually to pick a few things up from playing next to you. You choose when you're sharp enough to queue, and the better you perform, the more orders come your way.
What we look for
A high, provable rank
You hold a spot in the top tiers — Master, Grandmaster, Challenger, Radiant — and can prove it. A single lucky peak doesn't count; we're after players who stay there.
A steady head
Boosting comes with pressure and clients expect a clean carry. We want players who don't tilt and keep performing no matter how the game is going.
Clear communication
You deal with clients directly. Being clear, polite and quick to reply matters as much as your mechanics.
Self-discipline
Flexible hours only work if you're reliable. Start orders on time and finish them within the window you agreed to.
