# **2XKO - Season 1 launch!**

It took a little time, but official launch of the game is here! Starting today players can fight in new RIOT Games game on PC and consoles. Here's what's new:

**New Content**

*Caitlyn Released* - Caitlyn joins the roster with traps, zoning tools, and long‑range pressure.

Unlockable via KO Points, Champion Token, Ultra BP bundle, or free via her 3‑week Recruitment Event.

Champion Recruitment Events debut, letting players unlock new champs for free through missions.

Ranked, missions, tutorials, and UI all receive updates.

Available in Training/Offline for everyone.

**Console Launch**

Crossplay enabled across PC, Xbox, PS5.

*Account progress shared.*

PS+ bonuses (cosmetics + BP skips).

**Gameplay & System Changes**

Projectile Overhaul

Projectiles now disappear when:

- The firing champion is hit
- The point champion is hit
- A throw tech occurs

Several supers and special cases are exempt.

Charge‑projectile + handshake tag interaction removed.

Mid‑air projectile recovery is now interruptible.

Movement Adjustments:

- Fast backdashers slowed (Ahri, Ekko, Warwick, Vi, Yasuo).
- Slow forward dashers sped up (Blitzcrank, Braum).

Slowest jabs reduced from 8f → 7f.

Assist Reworks:

- Hitting an Assist now applies a 4s cooldown.
- Parried assists lose collision.
- Assist UI appears faster.
- Dead champions no longer cause “Happy Birthday” drops.

Break & Fuse Changes Break now puts Assist on 2s cooldown.

Juggernaut Fuse buffed:

- Higher base HP
- Max HP bonus 120% → 130%
- More Break meter gain
- Eject heals more (50 → 100)
- More advantage on hit

Input & Training Mode:

- No kara‑cancel L1 → L3 supers.
- Pushblock timing fixed for bots.
- New bot behaviors for crouch/retreat guard.

**Bug Fixes**

A massive list, including:

- Jump direction bugs
- Assist infinite fall bug
- Tag Launcher frame display
- Reversal behavior fixes
- Spectator HUD issues
- Language/graphics setting issues …and many more.

**Champion Adjustments**

Each champion has a dedicated section (Ahri, Blitzcrank, Braum, Caitlyn, Darius, Ekko, Illaoi, Jinx, Teemo, Vi, Warwick, Yasuo). The page provides detailed frame/data changes for each.

**Cosmetics & Store**

Battle Pass with free + premium tracks. Starter Editions available until Dec 31, 2026.

- Heartseeker (Feb 5)
- Bees (Feb 26)
